Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is handled by the outside provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that query. If you contact us, we receive the content of your message and use it to respond.
Automatically Collected Data
The host may record routine technical log data, including an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We use aggregate information to maintain the directory and understand general use. Cookies or similar tools can support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
We use the limited data for operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvement. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and outside search tools. Each destination controls information submitted there under its own policy. That includes sponsored results supplied by another company.
Who Can Receive Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Security Practices
The directory uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes stated here. Because the directory has no visitor accounts, it does not maintain a visitor password or profile for an account breach.
Visitors Under 18
The directory is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from a visitor under 18. Contact us if a minor has sent information, and we will remove it.
Your Information Choices
Visitors may ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal data kept by this directory. Because we keep little, the usual review is limited to the contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Ohio has no comprehensive data-broker deletion statute identified in the research, and R.C. 149.45 instead addresses redaction of certain personal information in internet-published public records. Government-held records remain under the relevant Ohio, Clermont County, or Union Township custodian.
Policy Changes
Any revision will appear on this page. Continuing to use the directory after a posted change means accepting the revised policy.
