1. What This Website Is
Union Township Residents Directory is a privately run reference. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections relevant to Union Township, Ohio. It does not host a government record and has no connection to an office, court, or records custodian.

10. Cutting Off Access
We may limit or block access, without notice, when a user violates these terms or abuses the directory.
11. Governing Law
Ohio law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Ohio Revised Code §149.43, the Ohio Public Records Act, governs access to qualifying public records held by public offices; it does not make this private directory a government custodian.
12. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
